I really should not step on the scale every freaking day. I need to start limiting myself to once a week, on Wed. or something.
That's hard though. The first thing I do when I wake up is go and step on the scale. I step up, then ....the up again softer this time as if by doing this I'll lose like 5 pounds or something. I also need to stop binging so much.
Water retention.
