the water weight is finally off. I'm two pounds heavier than my lowest weight, I'm 109.
I'm alowing myself to eat a little more than yesterday, I only had 75 calories.
I need to get down to 105 by the end of next month. I know I'll lose more slowly because my weight is so low.
That's okay, (yeah right)
As long as it comes off.
