Day 1 140 pounds

I'm putting how much I weigh in the title just so if I ever need to look back and see how I lost everything, I can.

I resisted all day and ate 3 plates of salad for dinner. I did eat a handful of broken tortilla chips as well. And one small bite of ham hock.
I'm drinking lots of water/tea and diet caffiene-free soda.
