Is there no hope now?

So far no weight loss. I did end up drinking for 3 days, but I just don't know. I am so confused on how to lose this weight. I can't even wear my fat clothes now.

I've stopped drinking considerably over the last year. I still do too much, but not nearly as much as I did before.

I kept trying to take this one day at a time, but I am impatient.
