Back again

I have fallen back into th old pattern of Mia. I thought I had gotten away, I did great for about a month.
I didn't get pregnant.
I think that's what my trigger was. I had gained weight to hav a baby and nothing happened other than a messed up cycle.
So..I go bck to where I was. At least I'll be normal.
